Microsoft has resolved the Wi-Fi problems stemming from the most recent update for Windows 11.

Microsoft used KIR to fix the issue for users without requiring them to uninstall updates or download an additional patch. The company handled everything remotely without undoing the December Tuesday patch, and users can expedite the fix by restarting their computers.

Business Computers’ Group Policy

For corporate PCs, the installation of a specific Group Policy known as “Windows 11 22H2 KB5032288 231029_032011 Know Issue Rollback” is required. Microsoft has outlined the need for this special Group Policy for devices under company management when addressing known issues with the KB5032288 update released in early December.

Which Windows computers have been impacted?

The issue mentioned above only impacted Wi-Fi on Windows 11 versions 22H2 and 23H2 with KB5032288 and KB5033375 updates, not affecting Windows 10 users.
